Does any body else notice how the number 8 bus between South Oxhey and Abbots Langley is so un-reliable?
i have to get this bus everyday to work from South Oxhey and I am always being told when it doesnt arrive that they have missed one out or when it arrives being told by the bus driver that it broke down?
I have complained twice to arriva and i recieved a acknowlegement of my complaint and was told they would respond within 10 days and that was on the 10th of December and i have had no response.
I was just interested if anyone else feels my frustration.
I didnt think South Oxhey to Watford would be such a complicated route for arriva.

Our Editorial team have also called Arriva about this subject and like you have not had a call back from them yet. It seems that their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. We will keep you posted when they do respond.

Hi Claire When well the number 8 get same new buss the buese that are on the rote are no good. They are all old and you cant sit down for to long.
